ALFANEX Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Kochi-based B2B and B2C supplier of high-performance printing equipment and accessories. The company is a trusted distributor of global brands such as Duplo, Konica Minolta, Epson, Brother, and Kyocera. Serving offices, educational institutions, and small businesses, ALFANEX is known for its end-to-end printing solutions, including large format printers, duplicators, ink tank machines, and consumables.

Objectives

The core objective was to build a digital storefront that reflects ALFANEX’s leadership in the office tech sector. The company wanted to streamline product discovery, improve product education, and create a user-friendly experience for both institutional buyers and everyday customers. Since ALFANEX handles all inquiries via direct communication (phone or WhatsApp) rather than automated checkout, the site also needed to support lead generation without a cart system.

Challenges

ALFANEX has a highly specialized catalog — from commercial-grade duplicators to printer cartridges — which needed to be displayed in an organized yet non-intimidating manner for different customer types. Each product includes extensive specifications and technical data, so the layout needed to be informative but still user-friendly. The absence of an online checkout meant the site had to generate interest and encourage inquiries through forms or messaging tools. Highlighting ALFANEX’s after-sales service, EMI support, and awards without overwhelming users was another key design challenge.

Solutions

We developed a robust eCommerce-style website that acts as a smart product catalog with built-in lead generation features. The homepage was designed to guide users through major product categories like A3/A4 printers, duplicators, and accessories, with prominent banners for services, student-friendly offers, and EMI plans. Each product page includes essential specs, brand info, and a clean “Enquire Now” interface. We also integrated product filters, manufacturer logos, testimonials, awards, and a mobile-responsive design to enhance trust and usability. A WhatsApp contact button and custom inquiry form were embedded to simplify communication, replacing the traditional checkout flow.


Results

The ALFANEX website now functions as a high-performing B2B/B2C sales channel. Customers can easily explore products, understand features, and reach out instantly via WhatsApp or direct inquiry. The brand has seen improved product visibility, better inbound inquiries, and increased confidence from institutional buyers. With a modern web presence that mirrors its industry reputation, ALFANEX is now well-positioned to scale digitally — without changing how it does business.
